I’ve KNOWN both ways of life:

  • being broke all the time in the past, and

  • NOW having enough money to do what I want, when I want.

 

I wasn’t stupid, and you’re not either, but some things in life hadn’t gone like I’d planned:

​

  • I had a college degree, but my ‘field’ had changed – my skills weren’t ‘marketable.’

  • I’d tried a small retail store: I had rent, expensive inventory, and passively waiting for customers to walk through the door was killing me.

  • I even got into flipping houses! The 2007-2008 real estate crash left me selling one house at a $15,000.00 loss and turning 3 others into rentals just to keep from losing them.

I NEEDED to do SOMETHING SMART!

I had to be able to start a business:

  • from my home,

  • with low startup costs,

  • in my spare time, and if I chose – turn it into a full-time business later.

 

A chance conversation with my chiropractor about his office cleaning lady retiring led me to contract to clean his office. With him as a reference I soon was cleaning his office, my bookkeeper’s office, an insurance office and a community center and city hall!

 

 

Today I enjoy a great income and lifestyle,

but more importantly,
